To say this family has some style would be an understatement. The minimalist decor of Carolina Leigh’s nursery was the perfect way to soley focus on Teale’s reaction to her new baby sister. Stepping on her personalized named stool, Teale kept peeking over pointing to her baby sister..those moments are just so genuine + innocent to capture.

After the nursery we took a few in the master bedroom where it is clear Carolina Leigh is already a natural in front of the camera with those smiles. From the master we went to my personal favorite room of the house, featuring a velvet mauve chaise lounger with an added tropical feel with a palm tree. Their wardrobe complimented the color scheme of the room seamlessly making for some great family portraits.

After recharging with a cookie break, we ended the session with a piano solo from Teale on her hot pink piano she got for Christmas… she even gave her stuffed animals, Minnie Mouse + Elmo front row to her performance.
