Here are some FAQ for some more information on our sessions:
HOW do the socially distance mini sessions work?
The health and safety of our clients + clients families is very important to us, and we will be taking all the necessary safety precautions before, during and after our session. We will be masked during our session and will be keeping a safe distance with no contact.
HOW do the mini sessions work?
Our mini sessions are quick 20 minute portrait sessions held in a specific outdoor locations within 25 miles of area code 08062. These are meant to be just a taste of our full hour long sessions, and the goal is to keep it short and sweet! Although only 20 minutes, the session will be relaxed and fun.
WHAT if I have my own location in mind?
We have select weekday sessions available to book your own custom session.
WHO are good candidates for mini-sessions?
Mini sessions are only for immediate family members only. Mini sessions are perfect for families who would like updated portraits, but don’t have time for a full session. Also mini sessions are great for small children. If your child(ren) tend to need more time to get comfortable, would definitely recommend a full hour session.
WHEN should we arrive for our mini session?
As a consideration to the other families + to keep things running smooth, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your time slot. That also will help the kids warm up, get familiar with the environment and be ready to have their picture taken.
WHAT if we arrive late for our mini session?
To be fair and courteous to the other scheduled families and their time, if you are late to your time slot, those minutes will unfortunately be deducted from your 20 minute session. Aim to get to your session location minimum 15 minutes early to account for unexpected traffic, bathroom stop…etc
WHAT if my child is not in the mood that day?
Try to book a slot according to nap time + feedings. If you think your child might need extra time to warm up, it is recommended to arrive even earlier to the session location get them comfortable with their surroundings, or book a longer session.
WILL there be an option to purchase additional photos?
Yes, additional digital files, products, + holiday cards will be available al la carte. Packages can not be upgraded after session. Also, since these sessions are usually booked with the holidays in mind, clients use their print credit on albums + wall art for gifts for their family members.
WHEN should I book?
As soon as possible as we have limited availability, and these always go fast! Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure date + time session slot.
WHAT happens if it rains during our scheduled session?
If the unfortunate event of rain on our session date, here are the rain dates which your selected time slot would transfer over to:
